NIA is continually seeking smart, energetic, qualified people. Knowledge of financial transactions is helpful but not required. NIA uses its proprietary training and audit methods and teaches new hires to be personally and professionally successful in NIA's business.
NIA's ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills (excellent writing skills are a must) since much of NIA's work involves interviews and written reports documenting these interviews.
Candidates must have the highest level of integrity and the highest appreciation for consistent work quality. Some former NIA employees found the atmosphere too challenging, either because of the level of consistent excellence or work ethic required. Those who stay, genuinely enjoy what they do.
NIA offers competitive salaries and an interesting, supportive, and challenging work environment. Successful NIA consultants have significant control over their work schedule and compensation.
NIA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
